Perivolas Hotel is one of those hotels that had been on our dream list for what feels like forever, so we were understandably really excited when the moment finally arrived. Perched high above the caldera in Oia, this iconic retreat promises everything we’ve imagined and more. How about adults-only tranquility, breathtaking views, and a timeless blend of luxury and simplicity? The 23 suites are carved right into the cliffside, and their whitewashed curves perfectly complement Santorini’s natural beauty. But the real highlight we had been counting down to was the in-room private infinity pool — an architectural masterpiece that seems to melt right into the Aegean Sea. We spent our days lounging by our own pool, wander into town for a leisurely dinner, and watching those legendary sunsets from the privacy of our terrace. Wow!
